Referring a friend or family member to Kiwi is easy! Simply provide us with the full name and contact information of the person you are referring, along with the type of property they are interested in (sale or rental). Our team will be happy to assist you with the referral process
Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the “Refer a Friend or Family Member” scheme (the “Scheme”) offered by Kiwi Property Management (the “Company”).
1.2. By participating in the Scheme, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Scheme is open to all individuals aged 18 and over.
2.2. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Participate
3.1. To participate, you must refer a friend or family member (the “Referee”) who is not already a client of the Company.
3.2. The Referee must successfully complete a property transaction (buying, selling, or renting) with the Company.
4. Referral Reward
4.1. Upon the successful completion of the Referee’s property transaction, the Referrer will receive a £100 reward. 4.2. The reward will be issued within 30 days of the transaction completion.
4.3. The reward is non-transferable
5. Conditions of Referral
5.1. The Referee must not have been previously referred by another individual.
5.2. The Referee must not be an existing client or have previously engaged with the Company.
5.3. The Referee must complete the transaction within 12 months of the referral date.
6. Fraud and Abuse
6.1. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referee if fraud or abuse is suspected.
6.2. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Scheme will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards.
7. Data Protection
7.1. By participating in the Scheme, you agree to the Company processing your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
7.2. The Company will use the data provided for the administration of the Scheme and will not share it with third parties without your consent.
8. General
8.1. The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
8.2. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision will be final and binding.
